Sessions with closed objectives

At Five11 we believe that an athlete’s growth is measured not only in what he trains on the field, but also in how he trains his mind. Therefore, our sports psychologist will regularly organize group sessions, in a reduced format, to work practically and closely on topics that make a difference in the competition.

From learning how to prepare the mind before a match, to knowing how to manage competition within your own team, to techniques for managing frustration in defeat… each capsule will be focused on a specific theme, with real tools that you can apply from day one.
