Sessions with closed objectives

At Five11 we believe that nutrition education is as important as physical and technical training. That’s why we will soon expand our nutrition area with a service designed specifically for sports clubs: training talks aimed at complete teams, in which we will share essential knowledge to improve performance through nutrition.

The aim of these sessions will be to provide players with practical guidelines that they can apply in their daily lives, both on and off the field. We’ll talk about how to organize pre- and post-match feeding, how to speed recovery through proper nutrition, and what simple habits can help you maintain a constant level of energy during training and competition.

These talks will also serve to solve common questions of athletes, such as the importance of hydration, what kind of snacks are recommended, or what are the most common mistakes that unknowingly slow their progress. All this explained in a clear, close way and with real examples adapted to each category and competitive level.

Very soon we will present this new service that, without a doubt, will be a perfect complement for any club that wants to grow and offer an added value to its athletes. At Five11 we are convinced that training teams in nutrition is laying the foundations for tomorrow’s performance today.
