Working on these aspects improves agility, responsiveness and efficiency in each move, allowing better performance in real game situations. In addition, the use of proprioception exercises strengthens muscles and joints, optimizes stability, and significantly reduces the risk of injury, resulting in more time competing and less time recovering.
